Our Shipping Policy and Delivery Options

Order Processing
Our suppliers are located in Texas, Florida, Georgia, California, Montana, North Carolina, and New York. Orders are shipped directly from the supplier to the customer. For items listed as in stock, payment is typically processed and the order dispatched within 1–7 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
We work with UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and other carriers for larger items requiring LTL (Less-than-truckload) shipping. Delivery times vary by carrier and location, generally ranging from 3–10 days (Mon - Sat). If there are any delays, we will update your estimated delivery date. Once your order ships, a tracking number is usually emailed within 24 hours. If you do not receive tracking information within this timeframe, please contact us at support@landhillsleep.com or via our online chat.
Standard shipping is free for all orders within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Standard Delivery Options (free):
- Curbside (Liftgate): The carrier will deliver your item to the nearest accessible curb outside your location. This service is free.
- Threshold: Delivery to the first dry area like a garage or covered porch. This service is also free.
White Glove Delivery Options (at an additional cost):
- Room of Choice: Delivery to any room, up to two flights of stairs, for $250.
- Package Removal: Includes Room of Choice delivery plus package disposal for $275.
- Assembly: Includes Room of Choice delivery, package removal, and light assembly for $300. This premium service ensures your furniture is set up exactly where you want it without any hassle.
Insurance and Peace of Mind:
Your items are fully insured from our warehouse to your doorstep. If any item is damaged during transit, we cover the replacement costs free of charge.
Damages and Returns:
Upon delivery, please inspect your items immediately. If any damage is found, take photos and report it within 15 business days to qualify for a replacement or adjustment. For LTL shipments, note any damages on the bill of lading. Keep all packaging until the item is confirmed in good condition. Our insurance covers these incidents, and we aim to resolve claims within three weeks.
If you need to return an item, please refer to our return policy. Orders cannot be canceled or redirected after shipping. Do not refuse delivery of undamaged goods as this may incur restocking fees and shipping costs and may affect your eligibility for a refund.
