Order Processing and Shipment:

At Landhill Beds, we understand the importance of a smooth and reliable shopping experience. That's why we offer flexible delivery options to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

When you place an order with us, rest assured that we work closely with our suppliers located in Texas, Florida, Georgia, California, Washington, North Carolina, and New York to fulfill your request. All our bunk beds are shipped directly from these suppliers to your doorstep.

 

Order Processing Time:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will be shipped within 3 to 7 days. We prioritize prompt delivery and will provide you with tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouses. In the unlikely event that you don't receive tracking information within 5 business days, our dedicated support team is available to assist you.     Standard and Customized Shipping Options:

    Our bunk beds require special handling to prevent damage during transit. We offer the following shipping options:

    1. Items under 150 lbs.: These are shipped standard ground via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.

    2. Items over 150 lbs. or 165 inches in length and girth combined: These are shipped LTL (Less Than Truckload) via our freight carriers. Our bunk beds are shipped palletized to minimize any damages during transit.

     

    White Glove Delivery:

    1. Curbside Home Delivery: Our standard delivery option brings your items to your curbside.

    2. Basic Threshold Delivery: We will deliver your package to the nearest dry area for added convenience.

    3. Threshold Delivery: Choose this option if you prefer us to deliver your package to your threshold.

    4. Room of Choice (additional cost): Our professionals will carefully deliver and assemble your bunk bed in any room you desire.

    5. Light Assembly (additional cost): Let us handle the lifting, moving, and assembly of your bunk bed for a hassle-free experience.

    6. Packaging Removal (additional cost) : Say goodbye to the hassle of disposing of packaging materials. We'll take care of it for you.

     

    Shipping Insurance:

    For your peace of mind, all our shipments are covered by shipping insurance provided by us. This ensures that your items are protected against any damages, porch piracy, or loss. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or lost item, we will handle the return or replacement process at no additional charge to you.

    Please note that standard shipping is free for all US destinations except Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping.

     

    Damages or Missing Parts:

    • Immediate Inspection: The recipient must open and inspect the contents of all boxes immediately upon arrival to report any damages or defects and take pictures of all damages.

    • Freight Carrier Shipments: For items shipped via freight carrier, you must inspect the item on-site and note any defects on the bill of lading when signing off on delivery. Claims for damages need to be reported within 10 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments. Please keep all boxes and packing materials until the product is confirmed to be in good working order.

    • Processing Time: Please note that a damage claim can take up to 4 weeks to process before a replacement or repair parts are shipped.

     

    Cancellations & Refunds:

    • Cancellation: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, rerouted, or redirected. Please do not refuse the delivery of any non-damaged shipment as this may result in additional restocking fees, the loss of the product, and may void any possibility of a refund.

    • Refused Deliveries: We do not accept refused deliveries for non-damaged goods, and no refunds will be authorized for refused deliveries.
