Return & Refund Policy - Ensuring Your Shopping Satisfaction
At Landhill Beds, we want to ensure that your shopping experience is as enjoyable and worry-free as possible. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we have created a return policy that prioritizes your satisfaction.
Return Authorization and Timeframe:
- Request a Return: All returns must be requested within 5 business days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization number. You can reach us at returns@landhillbunkbeds.com or (888) 271-1193.
Return Conditions:
- Return Packaging: To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in their original condition. Please ensure that all packaging materials are intact.
- Restocking Fee: Items returned will incur a 25% restocking fee per item, in addition to all shipping costs incurred during the initial shipment.
- Approval Requirement: Returns that are not approved in advance, not in the original packaging, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
- Returns Due to Incorrect Address: If a return is necessary due to an incorrect address provided during the ordering process, the refund will be issued for the product cost less an administrative fee, a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping and handling charges for both outgoing and return shipments.
Damages:
- Immediate Inspection: It is essential that the recipient opens and thoroughly inspects the contents of all boxes immediately upon delivery to report any damages or defects. Please document any damages by taking pictures.
- Freight Carrier Shipments: For items shipped via a freight carrier, it is imperative to inspect the item on-site and note any defects on the bill of lading when signing off on the delivery.
- Reporting Damages: Any claims for damages must be reported within 5 business days of the delivery date to qualify for credits or adjustments.
- Retention of Packaging Materials: For the proper handling of any issues that may arise, please keep all boxes and packing materials until the product is confirmed to be in good working order.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- Cancellation: Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.
- Return Shipping Charges: If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the actual return shipping charges.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued only to the original credit card used when placing the order. You should receive your refund approximately 10 days from the time we received your returned merchandise.
Remorse:
- Aesthetic Dissatisfaction: We do not accept returns due to customer remorse or aesthetic dissatisfaction. Many of our products are skillfully handcrafted with variations in color, size, and finish, which are integral to the elegance and beauty of our product.
Defective Merchandise:
